Aboriginal term referring to white people: I dont wanna go, too many gudiyah.

Contributor's comments: Not true that this is used throughout WA. In the Perth (Nyngar) region, the term is 'wadjela'. It depends where you're from - this term is not state wide.

Contributor's comments: We spell it Gardiya or Kartiya here in Halls Creek. It means a non-aboriginal person. The teachers up here think its rude, but it's not. I have read that it comes from the word for policeman (an Irish form) Gard-ya.
