When a school has a visiting performer or guest speaker as opposed to an excursion when the children would leave the school: The incursion will be held on Monday. The children will need to bring their money and permission slips back by Friday.
Contributor's comments: Used in most Perth schools now, but fairly new. Probably came with the influx of eastern states teachers coming to Perth to teach.
