A game using the knuckle from lamb bones - other regions call them jack which I had never heard unitil I travelled to the eastern states. I grew up in the 50's and 60's in the south of WA and we played a lot of knucklebones - it was considered very much a girl game too: Let's have a game of knucklebones.
Contributor's comments: I grew up in Sydney and we only ever called them "jacks".
